Due to the nature of digital products and online courses (including downloadable content, live and recorded sessions), we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been purchased and accessed. Refund Eligibility:
- You have purchased the product in the last 14 days AND
- You have not accessed or downloaded the product or course materials.

Tutoring Services
For tutoring services, we offer a more flexible refund policy to accommodate the scheduling and personalization of these services.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
- For cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may withhold a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
- If you are not satisfied with your first tutoring session for any reason, we offer a full refund. Subsequent sessions will be subject to our standard cancellation policy.
